NerdQaxe++ Hydro – 4.8 TH/s Home Bitcoin ASIC Miner (SHA-256)

The NerdQaxe++ Hydro is a compact, water-cooled open-source Bitcoin ASIC miner designed for home and small-scale setups that need quiet, stable thermals. It delivers a hashrate of 4.8 TH/s on the SHA-256 algorithm while drawing about 60–76 W at the wall (≈ 0.012–0.016 J/GH or 12–16 J/TH), and runs very quietly (approx. 30–38 dB) thanks to liquid cooling. Built-in Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and a local web dashboard make setup and monitoring simple.

Key Features

  • Hashrate: 4.8 TH/s (±5%) on SHA-256
  • Low Power: ~60–76 W typical; high efficiency ≈ 12–16 J/TH
  • ASICs: 4 × Bitmain BM1370 chips (S21-generation)
  • Ultra-Quiet Operation: ~30–38 dB, suitable for home/office
  • Connectivity: Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz with built-in web GUI
  • On-device Display: 1.9″ LCD shows hashrate, temps, network status
  • Cooling: Integrated hydro loop (waterblock + pump + radiator)
  • Open-Source: AxeOS-based firmware for easy updates and tuning

What’s in the Box

  • NerdQaxe++ Hydro Miner (4 × BM1370 ASIC)
  • 12 V Power Adapter with mains cable
  • Hydro cooling kit (pump / waterblock / radiator / tubing)

Setup Notes

  • Power on and join the miner’s Wi-Fi access point (2.4 GHz) from a phone/PC.
  • Open the web UI, enter Wi-Fi credentials and your pool/wallet details.
  • Save and reboot; monitor hashrate, temperatures, and logs in the dashboard.

Important

  • Actual hashrate, power, and noise vary with firmware, tuning, coolant temperature, and environment.
  • Ensure a leak-free loop and that the pump is running.
  • Stable temperatures improve efficiency and longevity.
